Facilities

• At Accommodations Unlimited of Moab we do our best to ensure you have an outstanding vacation experience when you stay with us, but sometimes things happen that are not under our control. If, for example, the swimming pool or hot tub is not working during your stay we are not liable and will not provide refunds.

Cleaning and Care of your Rental

• Because we will clean your rental after your departure, your visit can be enjoyed to the moment of check out. Your payment includes cleaning for a customary stay.
• If your rental unit requires cleaning that exceeds customary time and labor you will be charged accordingly.
  

Deposits/Payments/Cancellation Policy

• A credit card is required at the time you reserve your property. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.  We also accept checks.
• Your credit card will be charged a $200 deposit 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival your credit card will be charged the $200 deposit immediately.  The deposit is applied to your total rental amount.  Deposits are non-refundable. 
  
• Your final balance will be charged 72 hours prior to arrival.  There is no refund for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.

Maps

• Maps will be emailed to you when you make a reservation.
• Please make sure you bring this information with you when to come to Moab.

Linens and paper products

The following items are included in your vacation rental property:

• Linens for all beds
  
• Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, kitchen towels and pool towels
• An initial supply of facial tissue, toilet tissue and paper towels
• Shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath soap
• Dish soap
• Coffee and coffee filters
  

The vacation home is equipped with all basic necessities. All you need to bring are your personal items and food supplies.

Minimum Stay

• 2 Night Minimum Stay during Spring and Fall peak periods
  
• Holiday weekends and special events may have a longer minimum nights stay.

Occupancy

• Our 2 bedroom units will sleep up to 6 people.
• Our 3 bedroom units will sleep up to 8 people (some exceptions).
  • This includes all children above the age of 3.

Pets

• Dogs are allowed in select properties with prior written approval only and are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $50 per pet.
  
• You are responsible to pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.
• If you bring a pet into your vacation rental without written permission from management a $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged.

Smoking

• All of our properties are NON-SMOKING units.
• There will be a $250 deep cleaning fee charged for smoking in your vacation rental.

Telephone and Internet

• Telephone services are available in many units.
• Local calls are free. All vacation homes have long distance blocking.
• The use of cell phones is available from most areas.
• We recommend you use your cell phone for long distance calls.
• Internet is available in select vacation properties only.
