RENTAL FAQ’s

 

Check-in/Check-out Times

  • Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or later
  • Check out time is 11:00 a.m. or earlier

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • A credit card is required to reserve a property. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  The credit card will be charged $200 of the total amount 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival your credit card will be charged $200 at the time of booking.  The $200 is applied to your total rental amount and is non-refundable.  Your final balance will be charged 7 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows.

Occupancy

  • Our 1 bedroom units will sleep 2-4 people.
  • Our 2 bedroom units will sleep 6-8 people.
  • Our 3 and 4 bedroom units will sleep 8-10 people.
  • This includes all children above the age of 3.

Facilities

  • At Accommodations Unlimited of Moab we do our best to ensure you have an outstanding vacation experience, but sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. If, for example, the swimming pool or hot tub is not working during your stay we are not liable and will not provide discounts or refunds.

Items Provided

  • Included with your vacation rental are linens, towels, dish liquid, dish powder, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion and an initial supply of facial tissue, toilet tissue and paper towels.  Your vacation rental is equipped with all the basic necessities. All you need to bring are your personal items and food supplies.

Pets

  • A maximum of two dogs are allowed in pet friendly properties with prior approval and are subject to a non-refundable pet fee.  Renters are responsible to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste.  If a pet is in your vacation rental without prior permission a $250 fee will be charged.

Cleaning 

  • Your payment includes cleaning upon your departure.  If the rental unit requires cleaning which exceeds usual time and labor you will be charged accordingly.

Smoking

  • All of our properties are non-smoking.  A $250 fee will be charged for smoking inside a vacation rental.

Telephone and Internet

  • Telephones are available in many units with free local calling.  Cell phone coverage is available in most areas.
  • Free WiFi Internet is available in most of our vacation properties.
