The Cottonwood Townhomes are Moab's newest vacation rentals. Conveniently located in central Moab just 3 blocks off Main Street, these beautiful, large townhomes offer a stunning view of the Moab Portal. They are beautifully furnished with all the luxuries of home. The Cottonwoods are the only vacation rental with an indoor pool which is open year round. They are all on one level with a 2 car garage and very spacious living room, dining and kitchen areas.

| 04/28/13 08:19pm | Kristy K | Great Home! We had a group of 8 people staying at your home over a long april weekend! This is our first time to stay in close to the City and we enjoyed it! I was afraid it would be noisy but we loved it! It was fun to be close enough to walk into town for a few groceries, dinner or for a bit of shopping:) The younger boys loved the close skatepark! The local kids were very friendly and fun to chat with! I enjoyed using the large outside grill. The common area was very roomy with several areas for people to gather in. We loved the great selection of games and puzzles and gave the foosball table a workout! The Ioud speaker set up was great! We really enjoyed the place! The large garage was great to pull all of our bikes and 4-wheelers into! The weather was great and the whole reservation experience couldn't have been easier from scheduling the date, to payment to finding our way to the house:) Thanks for making your home our home! |

Easy walking distance to town for dinner, the aquatic center, parks and shopping! You can access some local mountain bike trails (including the cool BMX park at the end of the street) right from the front door. The condo had everything we needed and was kept in great condition. After camping on almost all our previous visits to the area, it was a luxury to be able to come home to a cozy retreat every night to relax! |

It was decorated with lots of pictures/posters and had games and books which gave it a more homely feel while still being stylish. Kids loved the foosball table too! Location was good - 10 minutes walk to town and restaurants/shops so we didn't have to drive in town at all. Kitchen and laundry were good, bathrooms were fine. The view out the back door was lovely (red rock cliffs). The location was nice and quiet. |
